R\u00e9novation et revitalisation d’un b\u00e2timent administratif recevant du public<\/strong><\/div>\n

\u00a7 50 MBO – Construction sans barri\u00e8res: 2) 1Les installations de construction accessibles au public doivent \u00eatre sans barri\u00e8res dans les parties servant \u00e0 la circulation g\u00e9n\u00e9rale des visiteurs et des utilisateurs.

Depuis le 1.1.2020, le \u00a7 9a du d\u00e9cret sur le contr\u00f4le de la construction (BauPr\u00fcfVO) est entr\u00e9 en vigueur en NRW. Conform\u00e9ment au \u00a7 49\/50 al. 2 BauO NRW 2018, le concept d’accessibilit\u00e9 doit donc \u00eatre joint aux documents de construction. Le concept d’accessibilit\u00e9 de l’agence pour l’emploi de Herne pr\u00e9voyait la mise en place d’un syst\u00e8me de guidage tactile au moyen d’indicateurs au sol pour le cheminement depuis le trottoir jusqu’au comptoir d’accueil dans le b\u00e2timent, gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la cr\u00e9ation d’une nouvelle entr\u00e9e principale.

Le syst\u00e8me de guidage \u00e0 l’int\u00e9rieur, commen\u00e7ant dans la zone de propret\u00e9 de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 emco \u00e0 partir du syst\u00e8me de portes coulissantes automatiques, est reli\u00e9 \u00e0 l’ext\u00e9rieur par nos carreaux sp\u00e9cialement adapt\u00e9s au syst\u00e8me d’emco et guide le client \u00e0 travers les autres pi\u00e8ces. Le syst\u00e8me de guidage dans le vestibule m\u00e8ne directement, apr\u00e8s l’entr\u00e9e, au plan d’ensemble tactile, un panneau d’information tactile. De plus, des panneaux tactiles ont \u00e9t\u00e9 install\u00e9s sur les mains courantes de la cage d’escalier principale, conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 la norme DIN 32986, \u00c9crits et inscriptions tactiles.

Lors de la poursuite du syst\u00e8me de guidage tactile \u00e0 travers diff\u00e9rentes pi\u00e8ces, il \u00e9tait important d’adapter les indicateurs de sol SPIN\u00ae SAFE aux diff\u00e9rents rev\u00eatements de sol terrazzo et moquette et de concevoir le syst\u00e8me de guidage en se basant sur les normes DIN 32983 et DIN 32975. Sur le sol en terrazzo, les indicateurs individuels, SPIN\u00ae SAFE \u00e0 nervure unique et \u00e0 nervure unique, ont \u00e9t\u00e9 coll\u00e9s au moyen d’un syst\u00e8me adh\u00e9sif sp\u00e9cial. Au niveau de la moquette, le syst\u00e8me de guidage se poursuit avec des dalles tactiles, SPIN\u00ae SAFE \u00e0 picots et \u00e0 nervures.
